Aaron Building designed and built a second living space under my house with bedrooms, bathroom, toilet, kitchenette, laundry and lounge. Craig’s suggestions and advice from planning to completion were ‘spot on’. He was meticulous. The resulting area combined practicality and comfort with my budget constraints while repairing existing building faults. Craig was always willing to explain and demonstrate his choice of construction ideas in layman’s terms. Throughout the lengthy construction, Craig and Ken were pleasant and minimized disruptions to my household. They were also willing to assist with additional small maintenance jobs and ‘finishing touches’. Their tradespeople were also prompt and courteous, and very particular in their work. The finished result downstairs exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend Aaron Building to anyone.

As our first renovation we were somewhat apprehensive and unsure as to what to expect. After getting quotes from 7 builders, Aaron Building stood head and shoulders above the rest, with a clear and detailed quote and obvious professionalism. This initial impression flowed through the entire job. I have had limited experience with building, however in the first couple of days we notice with interest that the builders were painting each cut and joint to seal the timber and ensure longevity. I've still never seen any other builder do this and it was really reassuring to see that attention to detail. Its that "old school" workmanship which sadly seems to have been lost in today’s corporatised, profit driven building. Every job has unavoidable twists and turns however its how they are dealt with that counts. Craig's experience and approach resulted in a finished product that we are absolutely thrilled with. Straight, level, well built and on time, more than you would expect of most builders. We are wrapped and would highly recommend Aaron Building to anyone. Thanks again Craig and Ken. Dear Craig, Janice and I would like to express our thanks for your efforts and our satisfaction with your work on the difficult project to demolish and rebuild the rumpus room at our house in Springwood. Your staff and contractors were prompt, courteous, on-time and the site maintained tidy and safe during all stages of the work. Your willingness to listen to our concerns and to undertake other small maintenance jobs for us that were not part of the original contract has made the project very successful for us. Our house is a much better place to live in following the completion of the project. Aaron Building have now completed two significant projects at our family home. The first project was a separate 190m2 building which we have called "The Pavilion". It is a great entertaining area for the family and for my teenage children, which sits adjacent to our pool. The project had some interesting foundation challenges as well as requiring a lot of attention to detail. The second project, which we have called "The Conservatory", was an 80m2 sun-filled extension to the rear of our home. It included a super elevated window structure, some complex re-arrangement of roof trusses and an additional wrap around veranda. Craig and his son, Ken, at Aaron Building completed both of these projects with a high degree of workmanship and professionalism. Both projects came within budget and where there were some minor variations due to unforeseen circumstances, these were discussed in detail and agreed upon before any additional work was undertaken. With an engineering background, I am pedantic when it comes to workmanship and finishes. I could not fault the Aaron Building team in this regard, and would describe their attention to detail as ‘thorough'. This is a rare trait these days. Subcontractors used on the projects were carefully chosen by Craig and were also of a very high standard. Any minor defects were quickly rectified without question. We are very happy with the final result of our "Pavilion" and "Conservatory". I have no hesitation in recommending Aaron Building for "stress-free" home projects.
